Refund policy

This policy complies with Pakistan Consumer Protection principles, ensuring transparency and fairness for all our customers.

1. Return Eligibility (Pakistan Orders)

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • Original tags and packaging remain intact.

2. International Orders – Returns

International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • The item received is defective.

  • The wrong item was shipped.

  • Note: Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Customized or made-to-order items.

  • Innerwear or accessories.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If ELYGANCY is at fault:

  • A replacement or full refund will be offered.

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by ELYGANCY.

  • Evidence (photos/videos) must be shared with our team within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds are issued via:

  • Original payment method (for online prepaid orders).

  • Store credit (for COD orders, where applicable).

  • Processing time: 7–10 business days after the return is approved.

6. COD Refund Clause (Pakistan Only)

Cash on Delivery (COD) payments cannot be refunded as physical cash. Approved refunds for COD orders are issued as:

  • Store credit OR

  • Bank transfer (at ELYGANCY’s sole discretion).

7. Customer-Initiated Returns

  • If a return is requested for reasons other than a defect (e.g., change of mind), the shipping cost is borne by the customer.

  • Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

8. Right to Refuse Return

ELYGANCY reserves the right to refuse returns that:

  • Do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

  • Show signs of wear, washing, or manual damage.
