Welcome to ELYGANCY. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from our Shopify store, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  • ELYGANCY reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

  • You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Any breach of these Terms may result in the immediate termination of services.

2. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms:

  • You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

  • You may not transmit any viruses, malware, or destructive code.

  • You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the service without express written permission.

3. Product Information and Accuracy

  • ELYGANCY makes reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images.

  • Actual product colors, textures, or designs may vary slightly due to screen resolution, lighting, or device settings.

  • Such minor variations are normal and do not qualify as defects under applicable Pakistan consumer protection laws.

  • All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued or updated at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

  • All prices are displayed in PKR for customers in Pakistan and in the relevant local currency for international customers where applicable.

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

  • Payments are securely processed through Shopify-approved payment gateways. ELYGANCY does not store or have access to customers' payment card details.

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees. These are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Orders are considered accepted only after confirmation by ELYGANCY.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or COD verification failure.

  • If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • ELYGANCY is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or natural disasters.

7. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by ELYGANCY’s Refund Policy available on our website and are handled in accordance with applicable Pakistan consumer protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ELYGANCY, including designs, logos, images, and text, is protected intellectual property and may not be used without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

ELYGANCY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss arising from misuse of products, or delays beyond our control.

10. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to place an order.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

  • Any misuse, fraud, or abuse of our platform may result in account restriction.

11. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms – Pakistan Only

  • COD is available only in selected cities and regions.

  • ELYGANCY reserves the right to verify COD orders via call or SMS.

  • We may disable COD for customers with repeated refusals. Refusal of delivery without a valid reason may lead to account blocking.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
